ABOUT THE EVENT 1.0

The Event 1.0 was an event of 10 days ( From 22nd to 31st May) where the first 7 days were the activity sessions, we held a creative writing competition on the 8th day, the 9th day was were we conducted fun sessions and played games, and lastly we had our closing ceremony on the 10th day. These sessions were with the girls of the Vimukti Sanstha. It was set up as a society in 2004 in Jaipur to overcome the vulnerability of underprivileged young girls. These sessions wouldn't have been possible without Prachi Jain Ma'am (Principal of the Vimukti Girls School), Lavlina Ma'am (Founder of the Vimukti Sanstha), Pratibha Ma'am (Senior Manager of Vimukti Girls School) and Shalini Ji (Education Administrator of the Vimukti Girls School). The activities were taking place in 4 seperate groups - Arts and Crafts, Environment, Story Telling and Public Speaking. The guest speakers for the sessions were:- Thakur Swati Thakur (Personality Enhancer holding an experience of 12 years), Nandita Rani (An Indian short -story writer and story teller who is an an author of two books), Akankshu Srievastava (Motivational TEDx Speaker and National Awardee), Shilpa Sharma (Counselor and Psychologist with an experience of 14 years and finally The Chief Guest of our closing ceremony Dr. Jayshree Periwal Ma'am (The Principal of Jayshree Periwal School) who is also our guru, as well as our mentor.
